The right to copy or reproduce any image remains the property of the artist Susan J Schofield. Copyright will be enforced should reproductions be made without written permission.

The colour of images received may vary due to the colour settings on your monitor.

Postage & Delivery

Prints are delivered free to UK addresses wrapped in acid free tissue paper to protect the image and rolled into a postal tube.

Framed originals are collection only.

Paintings will be posted unframed, with mount and backing board. Paintings needing posting will be sent by Royal Mail or Hermes, tracked and signed for. The customer is responsible for all postage, taxes and import duty. I am not responsible for delays due to postal services.

Commissions

Commissions require a discussion prior to commencement followed by a signed contract agreement and 50% non refundable deposit. Customers will have regular updates during production. Full payment is required prior to delivery. Customers will be notified once shipment is made.

Returns are not accepted on commissions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery (return postage not included).
